Locality

Prague Marina is situated at a traditional place of the metropolis of the Czech Republic, in the neighbourhood of the historical and commercial centre of Prague. From one side, it creates a continuation of existing build-up area of Holešovice. From the other side, it is a continuity of two modern dominants in this town block – high-rise buildings Lighthouse and Tokovo. Locality provides great traffic channels to the city centre, airports and the main transport arteries.

The location of the project in the loop of the Vltava River provides a peaceful area for housing with unique views of the river together with the panorama of the city.

Within the realization of the project Prague Marina, existing listed buildings will be preserved. Arranged gardens and connection with the river will together with the dock create a unique atmosphere.

While thinking about a new housing project, company Prague Marina inc., which is the member of the developer Lighthouse Group, meditated a lot how to offer buyers a real architectonic and functional alternative to an actual housing supply.

There has appeared a special occasion, in cooperation with company České přístavy inc., to revitalize the area with an unexampled localization and unbelievable potential. Holešovice in Prague comprises the broader centre of the city, and living in this locality is desirable. The evidence of that is inter alia given by a success of the other projects in the neighbourhood of Marina.

However, Prague Marina is the only project offering such a close connection with the river against which it is simultaneously protected by a flood-protection.

Besides other developer projects, probably the biggest awaited change in the locality is an on-coming reconstruction of the Libeňský Bridge. It should be de facto rebuilt. During the reconstruction, a temporary half-ton bridge will pass along the existing road. The project is in the phase of a building permission.
