Project - Your living dream come true

Project Prague Marina is rising at a place of the original Holešovice port in Prague 7. It has recently become relatively well-known term in respect to housing so unconventional by now because of its close connection with the Vltava River. Descriptions like unique and high-end housing right on the riverside were mentioned. These attributes ultimately describe the basis of this residential project especially when taking account of waterfront. This will be a pedestrian precinct with a promenade in neighbourhood of the river, and where restaurants, cafés, shops and other additional services will take place.

Prague Marina definitely fulfils all imaginings of people who love river, and enjoy staying next to it. Here, all expectations including satisfying housing, growth-stock and advantages provided by metropolis-living are met. Moreover, there is prepared a building-up of sporty Marina on the opposite peninsula of the port. This will put finishing touches to an original look of this historically and revolutionary created place for living. The investors were aware of all qualities which locality Holešovice had to offer, and that led them to the decision to build-up a new neighbourhood right there.

The vision of the project is not only to create a place for housing. Above all, its aim is to create a place for living. The new city will be surrounded by the river providing completely unique ambience. Even though, the river will not be dangerous. The whole area is safely protected from floods (by the level going beyond the floods from 2002).

The flats are projected with a delicacy. According to their emplacement toward the river, they will offer panoramic windows, large balconies or sun decks. You can choose floor, kitchen and bathroom equipment. The most modern design of buildings and of their technologies ensures a long durability and high comfort for users.

More than one thousand high-end apartments, offices, restaurants, cafés and shops will come into existence in five phases, at a place where the most important port of the capital city used to be. This will not be without large green areas and reconstructed waterfront. Among new buildings, an original historical harbour structure will be preserved.

Phase I.A
In the first phase, 338 high-end housing units will be constructed in three town-houses. The first Czech project located in such a close propinquity of the river will offer its tenants a beautiful panoramic outlook on broad surroundings. Moreover, the dock is linked again with the Vltava River channel by an authentic pit built together with Holešovice Port. This channel is securing a water-circulation in the dock. The planned finalization of the construction has been finished in autumn 2008 and the first tenants were moving in during winter of the same year.

Phase I.B
Within the phase I.B, there were built approximately 14.000 sqm of offices. Houses are taking place between Jankovcova Street and the housing units built within the I.A Phase. Thus it is making a kind of sound barrier protecting from a street-noise. Construction was finished in spring 2010. To this phase also belongs third administrative building with approximately 8.800 sqm, the date of building commencement for this last structure has not been set for now.

Phase II.A
In this phase, there will be built approximately 300 modern and luxurious housing units. These will also be isolated from the rush street. In this case from the Libeňský Bridge, and the role of sound barrier should be played by an office building. The plan is to connect one floor of the building with the bridge. Construction is planned to commence during the years 2012 and 2013.

Phase II.B
II.B phase is the name for an office building which will be located between the office building from the II.A phase and the premises of the former ‘Tokova’. The date of the commencement of the building has not been set yet.

Phase III.
The Third Phase includes an extra-ordinary area of so called ‘spit’- peninsula, which is the pearl of the whole project. The tenants can look forward to low-floor, luxuriously equipped villas - town-houses. Construction is planned to commence in the year 2011.
